Managing Director & Co-FounderWith over 14 years of experience across technology, operations, and digital transformation, Naseema Manwar brings together corporate expertise and a deep-rooted passion for the Andaman Islands.
A Computer Science Engineer with an MBA in Operations Management, Naseema has worked with leading organizations including Infosys, Accenture, Ernst & Young, and HCL Technologies, contributing to enterprise technology, digital transformation, and e-governance initiatives.
But beyond her professional journey is a personal connection to Andaman that goes back to childhood.
Born and raised in the islands, Naseema has experienced Andaman not simply as a destination, but as home. This understanding became the foundation for her vision of creating a travel company that combines the professionalism of modern businesses with the warmth of local hospitality.
Through Beyond Oceans, she is focused on creating seamless, transparent, and personalized travel experiences, using technology to simplify travel while ensuring that every guest receives genuine care and attention.

Zaman Akther
Director & Co-FounderWith over 18 years of experience in technology, governance, and entrepreneurship, Zaman Akther brings extensive experience in technology-driven transformation and large-scale projects.
A B.Tech graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Certified Cyber Security Professional, Zaman has worked with leading organizations including Tata Consultancy Services and Ernst & Young, contributing to major IT, e-governance, and GST projects.
Born and raised in the Andaman Islands, Zaman has always shared a strong connection with the islands and their unique identity.
His vision for Beyond Oceans is to bring the same standards of technology, professionalism, reliability, and innovation that define successful modern organizations into the travel experience—without losing the authenticity and warmth that make Andaman special.
Together with Naseema, he founded Beyond Oceans to showcase the islands to travellers from across India and around the world through thoughtfully designed journeys, modern technology, and genuine human connection.
